Your Golden Hour
Sixty minutes of your own discovery, in three gentle twenty-minute intervals. Visit the Gym, the Café, the Spa, or the Sanctuary, and choose whatever appeals to you.
The Gathering
Return to the Lounge for relaxation, conversation, celebration, and a beautiful closing together.

Before the day, each guest receives a simple preparation guide with familiar ingredients and easy substitutions, so she arrives ready with what she already has.
Every preparation is chosen with care for skin and food safety. Guests with allergies or sensitivities can substitute or simply enjoy the moment. Golden Hour is wellness education, not medical advice.
