This is not me giving you a workout plan.
This is you understanding how to work out.
If the gym feels like…
You’re “doing things” but not sure what’s working
You bounce between TikTok workouts, random machines, and guesswork
You’re NOT trying to become a bodybuilder… you just want results that make sense
You want to lift, but you don’t want to feel lost or reckless
You want structure without needing a trainer forever
You walk in and wander, not really sure where to start
You repeat the same workout every week and wonder why nothing changes
You play it “safe” with weights that don’t actually build strength
You spend long stretches on cardio hoping that will create results
You leave tired, but not confident about what you just did
You’re not alone … and you’re not doing anything wrong.
You just haven’t been taught how to think through a workout.
I created Gym IQ is for you.
What You’ll Learn In Gym IQ™
Warm-up & Cool Down
The difference between “getting warm” and preparing your body to perform — plus how to exit a session feeling better (not fried).
When & How much Cardio
Why the order matters, what it signals to your body, and how to use cardio to support results (not sabotage them).
What To Eat Before & After
Not as a rule — as a reality check.
We’ll cover what fasted training does to energy, cravings, stress, and consistency.
Muscle Group Pairings
Push/pull, upper/lower, front/back — and how to pair muscle groups so your workouts feel organized and effective.
How to “Lift Heavy”
Heavy doesn’t mean maxing out.
It means choosing weights that require focus, control, and honest effort.
Build Your Workout … Live
You’ll use a simple framework to build a session you can repeat and evolve — without needing a perfect plan.
And answers to any other fitness questions you bring to the event! Feel free to submit in advance!
What You’ll Walk Away With

Not a vibe session
Not a personal training package
This is gym education … taught to give you confidence and results.
FAQs
Do I need gym experience?
1
No. This is perfect if you’re a beginner or if you’ve been “working out” for years but still feel unclear.
Do I need equipment?
2
No. You can follow along at home with just your body. If you have a dumbbell, great — not required.
Will we actually work out?

You’ll move (a lot) in short tests so the concepts land in your body — but this is not a sweaty workout class.
Will I get a workout plan?
4
You’ll build a workout live using the Gym IQ framework — and you’ll know how to build your next one too.
Is this recorded?
5

Meet Your Trainer
Hi!
I am Cassandra Juniphant.
I began my fitness journey over a decade ago with a simple goal…lose the baby weight. What started as a goal to “bounce back” quickly evolved into a deep love for training, movement, and what it means to truly have a body … not just change it.
I stumbled into bodybuilding, competed multiple times a year for five years, and earned my Figure Pro status in 2016. Along the way, I became a certified personal trainer and expanded my practice into yoga, martial arts, Pilates, nutrition and owned a gym. I fell in love with having a body, which sparked a curiosity to understand how different modalities shape it, not just aesthetically, but functionally.
Outside the gym, I built a career as an HR executive while raising two children and, now, stepping into life as a wife and entrepreneur. Living in these two full, demanding worlds shaped how I approach fitness: it has to work in real life, not just in perfect conditions.
Over the years, one thing began to weigh on me:…watching women walk into the gym feeling unsure, intimidated, or stuck. I’d see them wandering from machine to machine, repeating the same routines, lifting weights that don’t build strength, or spending hours on cardio and wondering why nothing changes. I did not see a lack of effort. I saw a lack of clarity.
Gym IQ™ was created to answer the most common insecurities and questions women have when they walk into a gym. My goal is simple: I want you to feel like you belong, know what you’re doing, and want to come back.
Build your gym intelligence, and learn how to create simple, effective workouts that make sense inside a busy, full life.
I look forward to seeing you soon!
With love,
Cassandra
