“To be a force of Nature, we must work with Nature”

Why We Follow the Moon & Seasons

Before clocks ruled our days and calendars divided our months, we lived by the rhythm of the Earth. The moon was our timekeeper. The stars were our guides. The seasons shaped our steps.

But in 1582, Pope Gregory XIII introduced the Gregorian calendar — a man-made system that restructured time as we know it. That’s why some months have 30 days, others 31, and why every four years we add a leap day to make up for lost alignment.

And with that shift, humanity fell out of sync with nature.
We stopped flowing with her, and started forcing our way through her.
We’ve been tired ever since.

But nature never stopped keeping time.

In fact, the Bible says in Genesis 1:14 that “God created the moon and stars for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and for years.”
So when we pause to reflect at the New Moon or release during the Full Moon, when we attune ourselves during the seasons — this isn’t “woo.”
It’s the most natural thing on Earth.

These rhythms were made for us …. to help us slow down, check in, and realign.
Each moon and season carries a unique energy. When we honor that cadence, we begin to remember what it feels like to live in flow.

Welcome to being present.

When we practice Moon work and Seasonal Sync, we…

  • Reflect on who we’ve been and who we’re becoming

  • Set intentions, clarify vision, and release what no longer serves

  • Give ourselves grace.

  • Reconnect with the wisdom of our body and breath

It’s happening anyway …. why not harness it for your healing?

This is your sacred rhythm reset. A gentle, powerful way to get back in tune with your true nature.
