Welcome to Ori Ara. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services — including The Body Ministry membership, The Leadership Capacity Profile, and all digital offerings available at oriara.com and related domains. By accessing or purchasing from Ori Ara you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase or using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms you should not use our website or purchase our products.
1. About Ori Ara
Ori Ara is a women's health and wellness company operating online at oriara.com. Our flagship offering is The Body Ministry — a private online membership community. We also offer digital products including The Leadership Capacity Profile assessment and various self-paced courses and programs.

2. Products and Services
Digital Products
Ori Ara offers the following digital products and services:
• The Body Ministry — a recurring monthly membership providing access to wellness programming, community, courses, and AI-guided support through Ara
• The Leadership Capacity Profile — a one-time digital assessment product delivered via AI conversation and PDF report
• Self-paced courses and programs including but not limited to 7-Figure Self-Care, The Feminine Fast, Food Alchemy, I Am Her, and The Other 23 Hours
• Live events and experiences delivered via Zoom
• One-on-one mentorship and coaching programs
Digital Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. Upon completing a purchase you will receive access instructions via the email address provided at checkout. PDF reports and downloadable materials are delivered via email or direct link. Membership access is granted through the Ori Ara member portal. Ori Ara is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.
3. Purchases and Payment
Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Ori Ara reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes for existing recurring subscriptions will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days notice.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace's payment infrastructure. Ori Ara does not store your credit card information. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge to your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.
Founding Member Pricing
Members who joined The Body Ministry at the founding member rate are grandfathered at their original price permanently and will not be subject to future price increases as long as their membership remains active and in good standing without lapse.
4. Refund Policy
Digital Products — Non-Recurring
Due to the immediate digital delivery of our products all sales are final. Refunds are not offered on The Leadership Capacity Profile or any self-paced course or program once access has been granted or the PDF report has been delivered. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Membership — The Body Ministry
The Body Ministry is billed monthly. You may cancel your membership at any time and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.
Live Events
Free live events carry no refund obligation. Paid live events or VIP experiences: refunds are available if cancellation is requested more than 7 days before the event date. No refunds are available within 7 days of the event. In the event Ori Ara cancels a paid experience a full refund will be issued.
Exceptions
Refund requests due to technical failures caused by Ori Ara — including non-delivery of purchased digital products — will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Contact hello@oriara.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
5. The Leadership Capacity Profile — AI Disclaimer
The Leadership Capacity Profile is an educational and self-assessment tool powered by artificial intelligence. It is designed to support self-awareness and personal development. It is not a medical assessment, a clinical diagnosis, a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, or a guarantee of any specific outcome.
The results generated by The Leadership Capacity Profile reflect your responses to the assessment questions and are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Ori Ara makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the results generated.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
6. Ara — AI Wellness Concierge
Ara is an AI-powered wellness concierge embedded in the Ori Ara member portal and assessment experience. Ara is built on Claude, an AI developed by Anthropic. Interactions with Ara are processed by Anthropic's systems in accordance with their privacy policy available at anthropic.com.
Ara is designed to provide wellness guidance, support, and information rooted in the Ori Ara 9 Pillars of Wellness framework. Ara is not a licensed healthcare provider, therapist, nutritionist, or medical professional. Nothing Ara communicates constitutes medical advice. Do not rely on Ara for medical decisions.
Conversations with Ara may be reviewed by Ori Ara for quality assurance and system improvement purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on oriara.com and within The Body Ministry — including but not limited to the 9 Pillars of Wellness framework, Healtheology™, The Leadership Capacity Profile™, course content, written materials, videos, audio recordings, brand assets, and AI system designs — is the intellectual property of Ori Ara and Cassandra Juniphant.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Ori Ara content without express written permission. Membership grants you a personal non-transferable license to access content for your own personal use only.
8. User Conduct
By using Ori Ara's products and services you agree not to:
• Share your membership login credentials with others
• Reproduce or distribute Ori Ara content without permission
• Use the Ara AI system for any purpose other than personal wellness guidance
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI systems
• Submit false or misleading information in the assessment or any Ori Ara form
• Use Ori Ara's platforms or content for commercial purposes without written agreement
• Harass, harm, or interfere with other members of The Body Ministry community
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ori Ara's products and services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ori Ara does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law Ori Ara and Cassandra Juniphant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services — including but not limited to health outcomes, business results, or decisions made based on assessment results or Ara's guidance.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Ori Ara products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Ori Ara's products shall be resolved in the courts of California.
12. Changes to These Terms
Ori Ara reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email with a minimum of 14 days notice. Continued use of our products and services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Ori Ara is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website, products, and services — including The Body Ministry membership, The Leadership Capacity Profile, and interactions with Ara our AI wellness concierge.

• Name and email address — provided when you purchase a product, register for an event, or subscribe to our email list

• Profile information — information provided in your Body Ministry Member Profile

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
• Deliver the products and services you have purchased
• Send your Leadership Capacity Profile PDF report via email
• Provide access to The Body Ministry member portal
• Send transactional emails related to your purchases and membership
• Send marketing communications — you may unsubscribe at any time
• Improve our products services and AI systems
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.
3. Assessment Data — Special Notice
The Leadership Capacity Profile collects information about your physical health, energy levels, sleep, and wellbeing. This information is considered sensitive personal data. We use it solely to generate your personalized profile report and to improve our assessment tool.
Your assessment responses are processed through Anthropic's Claude AI system. Anthropic may process this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Aggregate and anonymized assessment data — with all personally identifying information removed — may be used to identify wellness patterns, improve our framework, and develop curriculum and research. Individual responses are never shared publicly or sold.
4. Ara AI Conversations
Conversations with Ara are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI system. This means your messages to Ara are transmitted to and processed by Anthropic's servers. Anthropic's data practices are governed by their privacy policy.
Ori Ara may review conversation logs with Ara for quality assurance, system improvement, and safety purposes. We do not share individual conversation logs with third parties.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to:
• Remember your preferences and login status
• Analyze website traffic and usage patterns
• Enable payment processing
• Track email marketing engagement
You may control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website and member portal.
6. Data Sharing
We share your information only with the service providers necessary to deliver our products and services:
• Squarespace — website hosting and payment processing
• Mailchimp — email marketing and automation
• Zoom — live event hosting
• Anthropic — AI processing for Ara and The Leadership Capacity Profile
• Make.com — automation and data routing between systems
• Google — Google Docs and Google Sheets used for PDF generation
• Microsoft — Outlook email for transactional communications
All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your membership or request deletion of your data we will remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days — except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal information
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
• Data portability — request your data in a portable format
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Ori Ara's products and services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information we will delete it promptly.
10. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include secure payment processing, encrypted data transmission, and access controls on our systems.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to Ori Ara's platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of linked websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Membership Terms

These Membership Terms govern your subscription to The Body Ministry — the private online health club offered by Ori Ara. By subscribing to The Body Ministry you agree to these terms in addition to Ori Ara's general Terms and Conditions.
1. The Body Ministry Membership
The Body Ministry is a private online membership community providing access to:
• Seasonal wellness programming built around the 9 Pillars of Wellness
• Self-paced courses and digital programs — currently including 7-Figure Self-Care, The Feminine Fast, Food Alchemy, I Am Her, The Other 23 Hours, and additional programs as they are released
• The Leadership Capacity Profile — personal assessment and PDF report
• Ara — AI wellness concierge available within the member portal
• Monthly Seasonal Sync live gatherings
• Access to The Body Ministry member portal on oriara.com
• Substack community content — The Sanctuary
Content, programming, and features may be updated, added, or modified at any time. Ori Ara reserves the right to adjust membership offerings while maintaining the core value of the membership experience.
2. Membership Pricing
Standard Membership
The Body Ministry is billed at $97 per month. Payment is automatically charged to your payment method on your monthly billing date.
Founding Member Pricing
Members who joined at the founding member rate are permanently grandfathered at their original monthly rate. This rate will not increase as long as membership remains active and in good standing without lapse. A lapse in membership — including voluntary cancellation followed by reactivation — forfeits founding member pricing. Reactivation will be billed at the current standard rate.
Promotional and Gifted Memberships
Gifted memberships purchased through the Ori Ara gift membership program are governed by the terms of the gift at the time of purchase. At the conclusion of a gifted membership period the recipient may continue as a standard paying member at the current rate.
3. Billing and Payment
Your membership renews automatically each month on your billing date. By subscribing you authorize Ori Ara to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel.
If a payment fails Ori Ara will attempt to process payment again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts your membership access may be suspended until payment is resolved. You are responsible for maintaining current payment information.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Squarespace account settings or by emailing hello@oriara.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to member content through the last day of your paid period. No partial month refunds are issued.
To cancel: log in to your account at oriara.com, navigate to account settings, and select cancel membership. Alternatively email hello@oriara.com with your cancellation request and your account email address.
5. Access and Login
Your membership provides one individual login for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials with others. Sharing access is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

6. Member Conduct
The Body Ministry is a private community built on respect, trust, and the shared commitment to women's wellbeing. As a member you agree to:
• Engage with the community and its content with respect and integrity
• Maintain the confidentiality of other members' personal sharing within community spaces
• Not record, distribute, or share live session content without express written permission from Ori Ara
• Not use membership content for commercial purposes
• Not harass, demean, or harm other members
Ori Ara reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for conduct that violates these standards or the spirit of The Body Ministry community.
7. Content Ownership
All content within The Body Ministry — including course materials, live session recordings, written resources, audio content, and AI-generated guidance — remains the intellectual property of Ori Ara and Cassandra Juniphant. Membership grants you a personal non-transferable license to access and use content for your own personal wellness journey.
You may not reproduce, distribute, teach from, or create derivative works based on Ori Ara content without express written permission.
8. Ara — Member AI Concierge
Access to Ara — the AI wellness concierge — is included with active membership. Ara is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI and is designed to provide personalized wellness guidance rooted in the 9 Pillars of Wellness framework.
Ara is an educational and support tool — not a licensed healthcare provider. Ara's guidance does not constitute medical advice. Members with health concerns should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Ara's availability is dependent on third-party AI infrastructure and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons outside Ori Ara's control.
9. Program Changes
Ori Ara reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue specific programs, courses, or features within The Body Ministry. Material reductions in membership value will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days notice. Members may cancel without penalty if they are not satisfied with material changes to the membership.
10. Pause Policy
Membership pauses are not currently available. If you need to take a break from the community we encourage you to cancel and rejoin when you are ready. Note that rejoining after cancellation forfeits founding member pricing if applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Body Ministry is a wellness education and community platform. Ori Ara makes no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes, weight loss, fitness results, professional outcomes, or leadership performance as a result of membership. Individual results vary based on individual circumstances, consistency of practice, and factors outside Ori Ara's control.
Participation in The Body Ministry programming — including movement practices, nutritional guidance, and fasting protocols — should be undertaken with awareness of your own health status. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new health or wellness program, particularly if you have existing health conditions.
12. Changes to Membership Terms
Ori Ara may update these Membership Terms from time to time. Active members will be notified via email with a minimum of 30 days notice before material changes take effect. Continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
