THE INSTANT AURA™ GIVEAWAY

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor The Instant Aura™ Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Ori Ara / The Body Ministry™ (“Sponsor”).

2. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins on September 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on October 10, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

Instant Aura™ Entry: During the Giveaway Period:

  1. Experience The Instant Aura™ posture practice from The Body Ministry™.

  2. Create a video showing yourself putting The Instant Aura™ into practice in your everyday life.

  3. Post the video to Instagram and/or Threads.

  4. Include #InstantAura and tag @The_Body_Ministry in the post.

If your account is private, send The Body Ministry™ a screenshot of the qualifying post by direct message before the Giveaway Period closes so your entry can be verified.

Alternate Method of Entry: No social-media post, Guest Pass, purchase, or membership is required to enter. To enter without posting, email info@oriara.com during the Giveaway Period with the subject line “Instant Aura Giveaway Entry” and include your full name and email address.

Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

5. Entry Requirements Entries must be the entrant's own content and must not infringe the rights of another person. Entries containing unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

Participation in the Giveaway does not automatically grant Sponsor ownership of an entrant's video or permission to use the video in Sponsor's marketing. Sponsor may separately request permission from an entrant to repost or otherwise use submitted content.

6. Winner Selection After the Giveaway Period closes, all eligible entries will be compiled into a drawing.

One potential winner will be selected at random usingPicker Wheel. Picker Wheel describes its service as a random wheel spinner that selects a result from the choices entered.

The drawing is expected to take place on or about October 11, 2026.

7. Prize One winner will receive:

One (1) year of Private Membership to The Body Ministry™

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $997 USD

The prize has no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash, and is non-transferable except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

8. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

9. Winner Notification The potential winner will be contacted using the social-media account or email address associated with the winning entry.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may require reasonable verification of eligibility before awarding the prize.

10. Publicity and Privacy Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and/or social-media handle in connection with the Giveaway.

Any additional use of an entrant's image, likeness, video, or other submitted content for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to any additional permissions required by applicable law.

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.

11. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, platform disruption, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility and administration of the Giveaway are final to the extent permitted by law.

12. Social Media Disclaimer This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Ori Ara / The Body Ministry™ and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Threads, Meta, or Picker Wheel.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Threads, Meta, and Picker Wheel are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of the prize.
