Challenge #2 - Social Media Spring Cleaning

“Your attention is your most valuable currency. Spend it wisely.”

Your attention is your energy—and where you spend it shapes your reality.

For this challenge, we’re doing a social media detox to make sure our feeds reflect the woman we’re becoming.

Your goal: Curate your feed with intention.
That means:

  • Unfollow/mute accounts that drain or distract you

  • Remove pages that no longer align with your growth

  • Follow people & brands that inspire, uplift, and reflect your next level

💡 Want to take it deeper? Try this in real life too—notice what conversations, habits, and influences need clearing. Then, make space for what truly nourishes you.

“Your social media should reflect the woman you’re becoming.”

Step-by-Step Detox Guide:

🗑 1. Unfollow & Remove:

  • Scroll through your following list—ask yourself:
🔹 Does this account inspire or drain me?
🔹 Is this aligned with who I want to be?
🔹 Am I consuming content that uplifts or distracts me?

  • Unfollow/mute anything that doesn’t serve your growth.

🔍 2. Seek Inspiration:

  • Search for 5 pages that embody the woman you are becoming.

  • Follow accounts that promote self-care, healing, strength, and inspiration.

  • Engagement prompt: Drop one account you followed that aligns with your next level!

Fun Facts!

Scientific Fact:
The algorithm aims to please! The more you engage with certain content, the more of it you’ll see. If you interact with negativity, drama, or content that doesn’t align with your growth, the algorithm will keep feeding it to you.

Spiritual Fact:
Life works the same way. The “algorithm” of the Universe (or God) mirrors what we focus on. Even if you dislike something, giving it your energy keeps it in your reality. The best way to release negativity, heal from old wounds, and step into your highest self is simple—stop giving attention to what doesn’t serve you.
