The full fellowship includes:
Weekly guided content and self-paced modules
Weekly virtual group sessions (60–75 minutes)
3 private 1:1 coaching sessions
A digital workbook
Integration and reflection weeks
Closing capstone and leadership application project
Supportive stipends to nourish high-performance habits and self-care practices.

No. The fellowship is designed to fit seamlessly alongside full-time professional roles. Group sessions are held virtually once per week, and there are only three 1:1 sessions across the full 16 weeks. The content is self-paced and integration weeks are built in to prevent overload. Many women report that the program actually enhances their ability to perform, focus, and lead at work.

The full 16-week fellowship is $3,900. This includes the complete program experience, workbook, private coaching, live group sessions, and stipends to support nourishment and resources that enhance your energy, focus, and leadership performance.
A self-pay option is available ($2,900) for applicants without employer sponsorship, though stipends are not included in that tier.
