  • The Executive Wellness Fellowship is a 16-week professional development experience designed for women in leadership who want to expand their leadership capacity while prioritizing well-being. Rooted in Ori Ara’s 9 Pillars of Wellness, the program blends mindset, spiritual alignment, and physical resilience into a leadership framework that supports performance, purpose, and sustainability.

  • This program is ideal for:

    • Women in leadership or emerging leadership roles

    • High-potential talent seeking sustainable growth

    • Founders, managers, and culture builders navigating burnout or transition

    • Women seeking a more embodied, human-centered approach to leadership

  • The full fellowship includes:

    • Weekly guided content and self-paced modules

    • Weekly virtual group sessions (60–75 minutes)

    • 3 private 1:1 coaching sessions

    • A digital workbook

    • Integration and reflection weeks

    • Closing capstone and leadership application project

    • Supportive stipends to nourish high-performance habits and self-care practices.

  • No. The fellowship is designed to fit seamlessly alongside full-time professional roles. Group sessions are held virtually once per week, and there are only three 1:1 sessions across the full 16 weeks. The content is self-paced and integration weeks are built in to prevent overload. Many women report that the program actually enhances their ability to perform, focus, and lead at work.

  • The full 16-week fellowship is $3,900. This includes the complete program experience, workbook, private coaching, live group sessions, and stipends to support nourishment and resources that enhance your energy, focus, and leadership performance.

    A self-pay option is available ($2,900) for applicants without employer sponsorship, though stipends are not included in that tier.

  • Yes—and we make it easy. Most companies have professional development or wellness budgets that can be used to cover the fellowship. We provide:

    • A sponsorship request letter

    • An employer one-pager

    • Invoice and documentation for HR/procurement
