Day #1
Side-by-Side Reality Check
Step #1 Draw two columns in your journal.
Left side: ‘Old Me’ Thoughts
Write 3–5 of the old thoughts you captured earlier.
Right side: ‘HER’ Thoughts
Write the matching new beliefs you wrote today.
Examples:
Old Me: “I always fall off.”
HER: “I’m a woman who rebuilds and returns to herself.”Old Me: “My needs come last.”
HER: “My needs matter. When I am well, everything I touch is better.”Old Me: “I can’t be consistent.”
HER: “I am building consistency one small devotion at a time.”STEP #2 … One Line That Retires the Old
Now choose ONE old thought that has been dominant lately.
Under it, write a sentence that retires it.”
Examples...
“This thought helped me survive, but it does not match who I am anymore.”
“I release this thought with love. It is not my truth going forward.”
This gives the nervous system closure instead of just “pretending it’s gone.”
STEP #3 … Future Self Witness
“Finally, write 1–2 sentences from HER point of view, looking back at today.”
Example...
“Today was the day you stopped believing you were behind and started walking like a woman who gets where she’s going.”
“This was the moment you stopped disciplining yourself into depletion and started devoting yourself into alignment.”
This turns today into a history-making moment in your story.
Integration Practice #2
Curate your digital world to reflect the identity you’re stepping into.
If you want new thoughts,
If you want new beliefs,
If you want a new identity……you must stop feeding the old one.
Step #1 … Unfollow What No Longer Matches HER
Go through your feed and unfollow or mute anything that...
drains your energy
triggers comparison
reinforces old habits
normalizes burnout
promotes chaos, drama, or self-abandonment
makes you feel small
distracts you from who you're becoming
“If it doesn’t reflect her world, it doesn’t get space in yours.”
This is not personal.
This is alignment.
Step #2 … Follow Accounts That Match HER Identity
Find and follow 3–5 accounts that reflect…
the lifestyle
the values
the habits
the energy
the embodiment
the self-respect…of the woman who achieves your 2026 goal.
Examples:
-wellness accounts that support your habit
-creators who live at your desired pace
-women who inspire expansion, not comparison
-thought leaders who reinforce worth and trust
-nutrition, movement, or rest pages that feel aligned
-business or leadership accounts that elevate you
Step #3 … Search a Hashtag Connected to Your Habit
Examples:
#MorningHydration
#HealthyBoundaries
#RestIsProductive
#EveningRoutine
#ProteinFirst
#MindfulLiving
#WomenWhoLift
#WalkingRoutine
#NervousSystemCare
#SelfWorthWorkLet your algorithm support your becoming.
Step #4 … Screenshot ONE thing that inspired you
This creates a physical anchor.
It can be:
-a quote
-a woman embodying the energy
-a habit demonstration
-a calming space
-a routine that reflects HER
Save it to a folder called “HER.” and/or make it your screensaver.
-
Day #2
Create a Mini Sanctuary
This is the physical-environment embodiment.
A space that feels good to your Soul (and nervous system)
A space you appreciate and do not want to disconnect from.
A space that makes you want to be present with it.
Refresh one small space to reflect the version of you who honors her energy.
Examples…
Clear the surfaces in one room
Organize a closet or drawer
Donate or throw away items that no longer represent who you are.
Bring something new to your space that represents this new era
It doesn’t have to be big.
Just enough to let the nervous system feel the upgrade. -
Day #3
Say Goodbye
Over the last three sessions, you have done something incredibly rare.
You didn’t just think about change …. you wrote it down.
You named your past beliefs about…
-your self-worth
-your self-trust
-your discipline
-your nervous system/breath
-your connection to yourself
-your ability to be present
-how you rest
-how you nourish yourself
-how you move your body
These were the beliefs that shaped how you lived, how you treated yourself, and how you pursued your goals.
They served a purpose.
They got you here.
But they do not need to come with you. Now, take out your journal or a separate piece of paper.
Write a letter to the old version of you …the one who lived from those beliefs.
You can begin with…
‘Thank you for getting me here…’
Acknowledge what she protected you from, what she taught you and what you are no longer carrying.
End the letter with…
‘I release you with love. You don’t need to come with me.’”
Step #2
Today is 12/12.
We’re in Sagittarius season … the energy of fire, truth, and forward movement.Fire is transformation.
With your letter, if you can safely burn it (in a sink, with a candle, in a fireplace, or outdoors) do so.
If burning isn’t available, rip it up slowly and throw it away.As you do, say quietly or out loud…
‘This chapter is complete.’
‘I am safe to move forward.’
‘I choose to live as HER.’”Step #3
You don’t leave empty-handed…You leave with a Blueprint.
Take your final ‘I am a woman who…’ statement.
Rewrite it cleanly on a fresh page or card.
This is not journaling.
This is identity placement.Place it somewhere visible…
your mirror
your nightstand
your journal
your planner
your desk
Somewhere you will see it.
This is orientation.
This is how you remember who you are when the world gets loud.
Step #4
Place one hand on your heart.
One hand on your body.Take one slow breath.
And say…
‘I enter this next season as the woman I choose to be.’
