So, you want to be a gym girlie?
You’re in the right place.
Whether you’re brand new to the gym or ready for a fresh, more supportive approach to fitness, this is your space to build strength, confidence, and consistency…without intimidation or burnout.
Here’s your roadmap to doing this in a way that actually works.
Step #1
NOURISH YOURSELF
If you’ve been on a fitness journey before, you already know this:
the hour in the gym is the easy part.
The real results are shaped in the other 23 hours—how you eat, rest, hydrate, and care for your body outside the gym.
When your body is nourished, rested, and supported, movement stops feeling like a chore. You naturally crave it. Consistency becomes easier. Energy feels steady instead of forced.
This is also where most people get stuck.
They start strong, push hard, then burn out—falling into the cycle of falling off and starting over.
The shift happens when you learn how to support your body between workouts.
Master the other 23 hours, and everything changes.
Results feel easy. Progress feels natural.
I can help you start right now.

Step #2
GET CONNECTED
You’ve started nourishing your body differently.
Now let’s get personal.
You are invited to join my free community…a space where you can ask questions, get clarity, and feel confident about what to do next.
Inside, you’ll receive guidance and real support from someone who sees the full picture:
your body, your energy, your goals, and what’s been getting in the way.
If you’ve tried everything and still feel unsure about what actually works for you, this is where things begin to click.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
If you’ve tried everything and still don’t feel like you know what you are doing or how to get results…just ask me.
Step #3
BE CONSISTENT
Lasting physical change is built on an internal shift.
You can chase transformation through workouts and plans, but without a new relationship with yourself, it’s easy to fall back into the same patterns that led to frustration in the first place. A stronger body requires a steadier sense of self.
Consistency isn’t about doing more.
It’s about having the right support and structure in place.

My gym journey started trying to lose the baby weight....
After dislocating my knee while doing jumping lunges and funny faces to make my infant son laugh, I was pissed. I googled ways to workout without hurting my knee and stumbled on Bodybuilding.com. I was in awe of the women I saw there and needed to figure out how to be one of them. So my next google search was to find a coach… and I found 1 within 10 miles. The next closet was about 50 miles away and I took it as a sign that this was for me.
I was broke and had no idea what I was doing, but I something told me that there's something here for me. I saved up, signed up with a coach and started working out from my garage with dumbbells from Walmart wearing my ex husbands boxer shorts… and the rest is history. I ended up competing several times a year for 5 years before going pro as a figure competitor in 2016.
I’ve since gone onto enjoy yoga, martial arts and Pilates, but Lifting weights will always be my first love. It was the catalyst to fall in love with my body and changed how I interacted with every aspect of life. On my journey, it became super clear to me that with every rep i was…
building more than muscle. I was building a strength of character and internal fortitude that could never be taken away.
And I think there's something special about women who lift weights. The combination of softness and strength...like a velvet glove over a steel fist that is sexy. It is a valuable life affirming experience that I think every woman should have. I think it’s fair to say that women who wear visible muscle give Warrior Goddess vibes! Now, it's not for every woman, but if you're on this page reading this clearly it is for you. Follow that feeling...it's what got me started over 14 years ago. That feeling is the version of you who said yes… and through your hearts desire is telling you how much you love it. So, if I were you….I’d listen to my heart and to get started.
